1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all the box intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Certain final sale items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
- Email our Customer Service team at support@fenncollection.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Our Customer Service team will send you a return shipping label via email.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Securely package the items in their original box and outer packaging (or a suitable alternative outer packaging) to prevent damage during shipping.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Ship Your Return:
- Take the package to your nearest Australia Post outlet and ship back to us.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt at support@fenncollection.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for such items.
